Thanks rezkid.

I got my luv to charging now, turns out I had a internal regulated alt. so I got one without it and now its charging.I got to drive it yesterday and Im using the stock rear but I dont know how much it can take.Is it okay for agressive street driving with the occasional burn out?

Stock will work for a while, but don't put any sticky tires on. S-10 rear ends are stronger, but a Ford nine inch is the best of the inexpensive. I had mine cut down for $120.00. It cost another $200.00 for axles from Moser.

I might be picking up a ford 9'' and a S-10 blazer rear tommorow.I'd like to get axles that have the same lug pattern 6x5 1/2 as the front. Can Moser get those axles for the 9''?

Moser can build any size axel and any bolt pattern you want. My axels are about 14 inches and drilled to a chevy 5 bolt patern. I would also add that moser has a great turn around time, just under a week.

i kinda like the stock hood look, but maybe like a 2 inch cowl with some 400 tags on the sides of it.

Well just an update on the luv........
I had to go to a 600 cfm cause the 750 was way too big for my cam.I'm finally putting on a real exhaust system(Force mufflers) ,and finishing up the interior.I know some of you heard about the ''Throwout bearing'' noise I had, and it turns out that I left a Vicegrip on one of my amplifier bolts and it was rubbing on my driveshaft.Every time I would have to brake hard to avoid hitting someone cause I couldn't help from hauling ass it would swing forward and grind on my driveshaft. So I guess it wasn't such a big deal.I'm still trying to get my water temp gauge to work it just stays in one spot. Are you guys using the old sender or a different one or not even using the gauge at all? Also does anybody know what the torque is on the stock rear pinion bolt cause mines loose? My rod knock isn't as bad now that I put some STP oil treatment in there.I guess the bearing was dry from the motor sitting for a couple months but IDK.
Just thought I'd give ya guys and girls a little update! :D
