Lokar makes 2 kinds of flexible dipstick tubes for the TH-350. The longer one costs around 70.00. As for pulleys, that will depend on where you plan to mount the alternator. If you go with the standard aftermarket setup that fits on the drivers side, header bolt mounts, You'll need a single groove pulley for the crankshaft and maybe a .090 shim. The waterpump needs to be a short shaft type and you can either buy an aftermarket pulley or hit the wrecking yards and find one that will line up the belt.
