Does anybody know how to test the secondary throttle valve for operation on a stock craptachi carb, without the truck running. Well my truck still doesnt stay running. I have a brand new carb so any help would be appreciated, thanks

Make sure your ballist resistor is secure. One time I had that porblem and the wires were so gunked up I had to run a wire brush on the connection and the terminals. That fixed my stalling problem it did not cut out on me after that just a thought.

Still drooling over the Avater.

But i have found that in some cases you want to use a conductive gook on them if there is that kind of problem. Like on the grounding straps, I simply put some gook on it when I am re-doing it then screw everything back in.
