the heater hole that we put in the dash was a littel backyard looking so we made a box to kinda take the [ just cut out look ] out of the dash .

so that year chevelle dash will fit without cutting or is there some fabrication to do? besides of course the heater box hole. Looks very nice my truck looks great except the dang ol' dash haha. My uncle is a chevelle fanatic he would love me to throw a chevelle dash in mine and i like the way it looks and the fact its METAL!

yes theres fab work . I cut the top part of the chevelle dash 3/4 of an inch off the where it meets the windshield . then took 3 7/8 out of the center of the top ,

If i did it again i would take everything out of the center . the heater hole was a after thought and cutting everthing out of the center would fit right into the after thought . all and all it wasnt to hard just take your time have alot of vision and measure measure measure fit fit fit then cut and weld simple ha ha .
