I did the exact same thing. You might be able to find a part off of a different vehicle. I found one in a box of random stuff at a pick and pull, not sure what it came out of, but it works.

I dont know if this would work or not. Try a piece of tubing that will fit tight into the hose and put a piece of small wire in the other end and smash the tubing around the wire with a vise then pull the wire out and bend to fit. cost a quarter.

yes and no. if you can afford luxerys then use 'em. i'v jimmy rigged so much stuff i'm tired of it, i want to put things truly right for a change. if i could "glue" it back together i would. i want to turn this into a show truck, so i want it close to original. if it was a work truck i could care less.

if you go to an auto parts store, in their HELP! section, you should find a few replacement universal assortment nozzles. if you want originality, stick with the pinched tube. otherwise you can update the spray nozzle and the spread of the washer fluid. i used some from my wife's metro in the hood. worked great, and it looked good.

There's an '86 P'up at the Pull-A-Part in Charlotte. It was placed on the lot on January 5, so it may not be there much longer. Best to check their inventory on their website before you go...just in case it's been crushed.

This fitting may not be worth the trip, but you should be able to pick up some good spares like taillights, signals, wiper switch, and who knows what else.

If it has a nice long bed, let me know! ;)

Jack
