dad had a throttle cable layin around. so i made a bracket to hold it at the throttle body and got it all hooked up. dad adapted the end of cable to fit into throttle body.

Are they analog or mechanical style... in other words does your oil pressure gauge run off a sensor or a oil line. Your water temp off of a sensor or a tempature bung.

How exactly are they powered is there power running to the sensor in the block or is the sensor powered by the gauge? Just looking at some gauges and doing me up a wish list on summit for tax time lol. Thankyou for your response btw and I am glad to see you be able to get down the road and in style at that. Not much of a nut on bagged trucks but I must admit when you got out and the cab was barely above your hip... I thought that was pretty neat indeed. Looks slick and I cannot wait to see the finished product.

you have power and ground to the gauge, then a wire from the sensor to the gauge as well.

got gas door welded in and bed put on.
