I've got a 79 Mikado that likes to lock up the front left brake. I've tried switching out calipers with the same result. Step on the brakes, the piston will compress but will not return resulting in a locked wheel. Naturally, this is pissing me off. Any ideas?

I would replace the brake hose on that side. Since you are doing one side, its a good idea to go ahead and do the other side as well.

If that doesn't do it, you might have a master cylinder problem. That happened on my '81.
