That is a cheap universal abs plastic scoop I found on ebay for about $25. It even came complete with a built-in screen over the opening and with double stick tape to install it. I drilled and bolted mine on.
I cut a hole in that hood, and made a sheet steel plate that bolts on the underside of the hood with a connector and 90 degree tubing to go right over to the carb. Between the steel plate and the hood, I used a furnace filter I bought at the hardware store to act as an air filter to keep dust and debris out of the carb and still allow good air flow. To connect to the carb, I have a home made square metal cover with a round tube connected to it that bolts down over the carb instead of an airfilter. Metal flexible dryer hose and clamps connects the hood plate to the carb cover.

(Hey it works...lol)
I use that hood and setup in the summer - and the other hood without a scoop and my Weiand air filter for the rest of the year when it's raining. I prefer the bolt-on type of air cleaner for my weber instead of redline's usual clip-on one. I got mine for $5 used on ebay.
