Body lift, YES

Suspension kit, none that I am aware of. best you can do there is torsion bar lift for the front and add a leaf and/or shackle for the rear.

Good how to for T bar lift

Will crankin' on the torsion bar for a couple of inches be too much stress on the suspension?

Mine are pretty close to 2", kind of jarring on speed bumps and pot holes, but tough enough for typical off roading.

Not sure on 31's, but you may have to modify your fenders . The tires will hit the base of fender on a tight turn. I have 215 75 R15. I think these are a stock size that go on troopers. They dont hit the fenders. But I think 31's might be a snug fit

I have an 80 that has about 2 inches of torsion/spring lift and a 3 inch body lift and 31x10.5s still rubbed the fenders between the door and the wheel. I'd say just a little bit of trimming though would get you there with the same lift combo. It depends a lot on the wheel offset though, if they stick out farther they rub worse on the fender, but you gotta have them out far enough to clear the frame. A narrow 31 like a 9.50 might help.
