What's involved in swapping the single headlight setup onto an older cab?

It's not so much about looks, but more about lighting quality and the parts I have to work with.

The core support is diffrent and it requires cutting the single to adapt to the dual.

OzLuv - Man that is one clean truck! That photo of the front with one headlight swapped is awesome...

I had questions about the front fenders, but your pics pretty much cleared it all up.

The single truck that got one dual setup off had a additional cut out to accept the light and wiring. Don't know but that one was definatly diffrent.

Trucks with factory fitted duel lights have a hole for the extra lights wiring, factory single light trucks dont have this hole. This problem can be overcome by using a side entrace wired type plug, fit the plug to light then install the light into its buket.

So, its somewhat of a pain to go from single to dual?

I've always wanted to do that and I think I might sometime soon...

Its a straight forward easy swap from single to duel or vice versa, the only thing that can be painful is the wiring.
