Well , Im almost finished with this conversion and I must say it has been a chore . The interferience fit inner or big bearing coller i had made were a little on the big side , so I had to polish about .002 off of it to get it to fit correctly , sanding cloth  . The caliper mount had to be ground on the inside faces to make it wide enough to fit the new wider rotor , mine ended up about .025 clearence between the rotor face and caliper mount bracket . The clearence had to be "shimed"withdifferent thickness washers to center it on the rotor and allow clearence front and back . The new rotors and new brake pads are thicker than the factory Luv caliper will open , so I had the pads surfaced to allow them to fit . I used the toyota inner and outer bearing with the Luv spindle washer , nut , and retainer and a new cotter pin . The dust sheild and spindle mounted caliper bracket had to be opened up to allow the rotor to set all the way in . I used a National seal #471868 this seal fit , but is a double lip seal and the factory was a single lip in the center . I also replaced the toyota metric studs with 1/2 " ford studs They are .560 Knurle . The Rotor swap looks factory and now I have the same bolt pattern front and rear . I have not driven it as I don't have my new rims yet . I will post a drive report soon . I believe that this is a good swap for a mechanically inclined person who has a garage and does not drive there truck as a daily driver . I planned for this swap for about 2 months and there were alot of challenges that popped up . Sorry for such a long post . If you have any specific questions T.J or myself can probably answer them .

no probs. i did machine the rotors all the way down to spec. did some grinding on the caliper mount to clear the rotor. and spaced the caliper mount out with three 7/16 washers on each bolt. the machine work cost me $55 dollars and 2 seals. the rest was labor. cheapest thing i have done to my truck yet and it made a world of difference in appearance!!!!

and it stops straight to!
