Any plans for a cookout on the 4th? I have 4 slabs of St. Louis style pork ribs that I marinated and have now rubbed them in my homemade dry rub. My beefy baked beans are ready to be assembled, the potato salad and deviled eggs are in waiting, and the watermelon is in the fridge to be cold for the festivities. This is a potluck feal, so the other attendees will have lots to contribute...
