Hi all, you may have seen a pic of this 1972 Isuzu Florian in one of the threads, it is mine since a couple of weeks and I thought I'd say hi here, so, err, hi! My name is Michiel and I have a soft spot for old Japanese cars, and the early LUV because they look like my Florian ;-)

Does anyone have (a good tip) for front fenders for sale and maybe a front valance? Mine are rotten as a very rotten thing, otherwise it is quite solid, just very dirty and underused the last few years.

There are pics here, here's a taster:

Bye for now, it's bedtime over here!

'The Luvcar', sounds good if a little cheesy... should have lots of mirrors and red velvet

I think the sharing is limited to the front body - it's got a G161, 1600cc engine and 4-lug wheels, aren't LUVs 1800 and 5-lug?

I really wish they would have made them 5 instead. :smt047

They cheaped out on the body and interior and overkilled the suspension.

Yes, the LUV connection is a great advantage if the engine ever gives up, I could go V8 :ewink
