Hey all, took a road trip down to southern California to drop the 'Shoestring V8' and I'm now Luv'less. For those of you who might wonder, I've still got a couple of mini-trucks I'm tinkering with. Thought I'd share some pics, the video is pretty funny.

In the yard but haven't really started on it yet. 1963 Datsun L320 pickup:





In the garage where the Luv sat, 1969 Datsun L521 pickup. It's really rusty and had about 10% of the pieces missing, the video is when I actually got it started. It's pretty funny.





Also just picked up a full size '90 F-150, I got sick of the impracticality of the Oldsmo-wagon, and sold our second minivan to make ends meet. Snagged this truck for $200 as you see it. 150K, 302/AOD, 1/2 ton, long bed, 2WD, extra cab..



So, plenty to keep me busy. I'll check in now and again on the V8. Both of the Datsun trucks were free, so I'm sort of stuck with them until I can either use them or sell them. The F-150 obviously has multiple uses. IMO, the Luv was way ahead of Datsun, year for year until '79 or so. These trucks still use 4 wheel drums and kingpins.

Gotta love that early '90's pain, huh? My bro-in law's Chevy 1/2 ton did the same thing. He got it painted under warranty though.
