Some bucket seat look like they were made for a certain vehicle and some look out of place. I did a search and found some that looks like they would sit well in the luv truck. Your opinion please.....
1. Chevy HHR bucket seats

2. Audi A4 seats

3. Chevy Blazer seats

4. Toyota 4-Runner seats

5. Acura TSX seats

Not a fan of leather in a Luv.

I think the Chevy HHR bucket seats look great as long as they dont lift the seat so high in the cab it looks foolish.

The Audi's are a Recaro design, would work well, but have minor flaws depending on age.

id measure the back and see how high its going to sit in the truck... probably dont want one that is only 1 foot high, but you also dont want one that is so tall that its touching the roof either.

One that sits too low can always be raised up with something, but one that sits too tall would be hard to lower.

Someone (Nascar44) put the older VW GTI Recaro seats in his Luv. They even say Recaro. They have to be my favorite seats, bar none. The Audi's should be good. A S4 is a twin turbo V6 with all the good stuff. I have been VW Man for ever here. Aircolled and watercooled. We have the Recaro seats in our 1992 GTI 16v. I like the "blue" color. Our 1992 Corrado SLC VR6 has them(Black leather) but no name, and they fit lower in swaps.. But Hay thats just me...The GTi seats are hard to find in good shap and a little high on the $$ they want...I love them.

A lot of aftermarket seats have big side bolsters make them awful tight for Larger Boys...

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.

the best bucket seats i've ever owned were in my 91 taurus sho, both driver and passenger had power inflating lumbar cussions there was also a button for the side bolsters, they would come out and grab you like you were driving a race car but alot softer.
those would be awesome
but out of those ones i like the blazer seats. :smt033

I paid 80 bucks for my Geo Storm GSI seats. All the buckets in my local wreaking yard of choice are that price.
