The G200 is just a slightly bored out version of the G180 that came in the LUV. Externally they are virtually identical, and all outside parts, brackets, etc will bolt up in the same place. Basically think stock LUV 1.8L motor with more displacement.
As for what it came out of, Isuzu pickups after 83 and up to 86 or 87, Troopers 84-85, and non-turbo Impulses up to 87. The Impulse version uses flat top pistons for a bit higher compression but is otherwise the same.
