I've got one sitting on a rebuilt engine. Like you, I've had it for years. I don't know who made it either, but I got it with one of those footprint gas pedals. :lol:

it kinda looks like a older moon eyes part maybe find some old mag with there parts in it luv it looks mad ido have some valve covers for my v8 that will match it

yes, these were very popular in the late sixties and early seventies. Mr. Gasket made them, as did several other companies. There should be a filter mounted in the holes in the front.

I got to thinking, so I pulled out my old HotRod mags from the 60's and found it in an add, also I found one on ebay.

yeah, I called a polishing shop, 30 to 50 bucks. I ordered a 4 to 2 bbl adapter on ebay and a chrome oil breather cap.
