Well my LUV project is slowly building steam again. I have the axles and engine and tranny for it. I picked up a set of 1/2tons, Dana 44 front and a 12bolt rear to run with the 425 cad and th400 tranny. All i need to find now is a 203 transfer case and a 400 4x4 output and swap and bolt onto the cad 400. Then ill have my drive train together and its just fabbing spring hangers and bolting it up. Should be good to go for next year. Im just trying to decide what swamper i want. Boggers are sweet but since its going to be street driven im leaning twards some radials...

Hmm I guess, so far all college has done for me is get me outa the house, and move to a different city...not that those are bad things ming you.

Back on topic, the 12 bolt in question is that a GM 12 bolt or an Isuzu 12 bolt?

Ahh, are you going to do anything to the axles before you slap them under the Luv?

i dont know. Ill probly just put new bearings and brakes on em and then fab up some spring hangers and bolt em in. I could get realy wild with c-clip eleminators and alloy axles shafts and carrier braces and stuff though. But then i would have a pair of $3000 axles and no truck...

hey MEPR, i have an xtra np205 laying around, you would't get it for a while because i have to swap the slip yoke rear on my current t-case onto that one, (i'm swapping outputs on it so i can have the fixed yoke for when i do dual cases and triple sticks  just a thought...... i might have some other fullsize stuff laying around also, just ask bro 8)

i have never run it on a track or anything. I just know it moves perty well, and 1100lbs dosnt seem to be dragging it donw much so it has to have a few horses...
