yeah okay my buddy runs into his girlfriends car on accident supposively and crunches his core support.

so I attempted to help by using a come-a-long and a chain around a tree for a base to pull out and well took out most of the damage, but there is so many radical bends in this core support. I literally have to twist some of it dont have an idea at the moment?
