Hello there,

My name is Kevin and am new to the forum. Have been using the website for a while but have not had enough time for forum, but looks like a great place.... I recently just finished building my 79 4x4 after about 2 years of work and am having fun driving it around. (pictures in gallery). I also have my 1976 with 2.3liter ford and Mazda 5 speed, another 79 4x4 Mikado given to me by the neighbor, and my 80 4x4 daily driver since 1993. I've been into Luvs since early 80's and never get tired of them. I am a commercial electrician and a father of 5 year old triplets,so am pretty busy. But always make time for Luvs. Anyway, have a John Deere rider transmission to fix before the grass starts growing around here. Thanks for letting me join this great site.

Welcome aboard. That is an awesome truck you have. It gives me a goal to shoot for with my own truck.

Welcome to the site. Your LUV looks great, nice work you did. Is the dash original or new?

The dash is a factory one I pulled from a wrecking yard truck 15 years ago. It was in the attic until I built this truck! I had to heat it to 120 degrees in a room with a space heater to get it conform back in shape. Thanks for the welcome to the site...

Yacolt, huh? I had to look that one up on local.live.com.

Welcome from another Washington Luv member.

Awesome truck! Now all you need is to do it three more times; one for each triplett!
