Looks good! Have you concidered on what your going to do with the inside of the bed? Paint or a liner?

as far as i know....the only way to get between the bed and cab...is to remove the bed.
as for the hooks just take some sandpaper and start hand sanding there as best as you can.....if you have a drill and a cone shaped wire brush that may help.

If you can, Sandblast! As for the area between the cab and bed, either remove the bed or dont worry about it.
