there is a typical sized aluminum cross flow radiator most everyone uses. 19" x 22" or something close to that. $149 was the cheapest I found them online.

I made a thread dealing with this 6 months ago.

Speedway motors has the least expensive unit available right now. It's a 19" by 22" unit that seems to be pretty popular with the LUV crowd. If you're going to run an automatic transmission, you'll need to get a trans cooler because the Speedway radiator doesn't have provisions for trans cooling.

Nobody has made any complaints that has done a V-8 swap yet.

Put as much radiator as you can . I have the griffin 19x22 . I have a17" flex fan and a 160* t-stat . Have not driven it through a summer yet .

Last night I was sitting in line at the track waiting to pay it was about 75 and humid and it never got over 180 . It idled about 15 minutes bumper to bumper . I have plans to reinstall the A/C before summer and that will be a real test .

You shouldn't need one. I had problems overheating with a stock radiator, went to the aluminum radiaor and have had no problems. Mine will idle all day long in 100 degree weather. It has stayed cool in summer for me when it was to hot to ride in the cab.
