Two weeks a go took a road trip to Colombia sc.On the way down Cyndia (my better half) and I got to talking about people we knew from high school.Those over 35 know what I mean.Droped the parts off with 68skeeter.(real cool guy & son) headed to Fayetteville N.C.
Pulled into KFC and ran into 2 people from back in the day She is married to a preacher now,He was just an old friend we both knew.Had a good time and left to go check with a racing buddy.Got to his shop I noticed I had missed a call from an ECTA racer/friend.
A nother friend had been involved in a hit and run bike vs suv,the first word he was killed.But as fate would have it there were two wrecks (hit and run ,bike/suv) a few miles apart a round 2am sat .A young marine was killed . My friend sonny will live but is not out of the woods yet.
I hope the two suv drivers are found and rot in hell
Please Keep Sonny in your prayers( cool guy with a 186 mph vette )
and the faimlys of both.

Sorry to hear about your buddy. Hope he recovers fully. If the hit and run drivers get caught they should just throw them out in front of a Peterbilt semi doing about 80 mph!!!

Found out that Lisa wrote corvette on a board and Sonny gave her thumbs up.He is going to be in rehab 2-3 weeks then home or assisted care. Not out of the woods but looking better.
