I think that I am getting diesel in the oil of my truck. I was just wanting to know if anyone knows if there is anyway to tell for sure, and if there is, what I can do about it?
I have an 1981, 2.2. diesel.

i dont know about testing to see if its there but i do know how to fix it. The most comon problem whith diesles is not letting them warm up, they must IDLE for around 10-15min before driving them. Not letting them warm up before idling them up or driving them will force gas around the piston rings.

yeah to get the diesle out you would just change the oil, and do the filter too im not shure but i think gas can ruin a filter.
