Man! I remember wanting a camper shell like the one on the yellow T-top LUV.
Now i wonder what was my problem then...

Wow!
I need to dig out some old photos I have.
That T-Top looks familiar.
T-Tops were hot in 79-80 area.
They do look good!

That front lower air damn that wraps around into the fender flares...
I remember those!

Man, those old Western Mags!

Damn!
IM OLD!

Hell, in those days, the LUV was the king of mini trucks! You couldn't pick up a copy of Mini Truck Magazine without some kind of write up on doing something to a LUV. Now the LUV is the Sole Survivor of the era.
I wonder why dual axle trucks didn't catch on...

Oh yea. I can remember being 13 years old and couldn't wait to be 16 and have a truck like any one of those!

10-4 on that. I still like the yellow step, ( it is a little too much, but still nice),
The 4-by and the one under it are more 80's style. That white and ? one with the shell, is exactly what we did to our vehicles in high school in 80-84.

Hey , that Blue LUV:
Flush mount front side markers, Toronado Mirrors...
I'd bet he had Tuck and Roll Brown too!
:)

The Yellow Taz truck:
What year was that image taken CAT?
I see he had 5-lug front rims already!

I wonder when the first 5-lug changes began?
:(

The yellow one came from an 82 mini truckin mag the ones I got where 82/84 mini truckin. I have every issue of truckin from new in July 75 first issue to dec 84.I just need some more from 85 to complete the first 10 years. And its funny the first luv didn’t show up till Aug 77 (what I mean is a featured truck not just pics) and in 82 only 3 issues didn’t have a feature luv
