I'm just using exhaust inserts from Car Chemistry that i got from summit for now. I'll eventually get an exhaust system but I'm not sure what route I'm going to go. Congrats on getting the engine fired up!

muffler's i think are a preference thing. you may have ten guy's respond all liking something else. how do you choose? buy counting how many people like flowmaster compared to something else.figure out what you want out of the muffler sound? performance? how much you can afford to spend. i personally like thrush turbo had great sound great performance and very inexpensive

3" Flowmaster 2 chambers that dump right before the rear axle.

Clips here and here.

I'm running 40 series Flowmasters, dual exhausts with the mufflers under the bed. 2,1/2" pipe with Hooker conversion headers.
I'm happy with the setup.

Dan M. - thanks , I 'm still finishing some small details , but it should be tagged and inspected within 2 weeks . then it's Drag strip time!

I 'm thinking 2.5 " flowmaster 3 chambers with a pair of pipes running out the passenger side of bumper between tail light and trailer hitch , kinda tucked in behind the bumper and angled down. PICS COMING!

on lees trucks he ran 2.5in pipe from the headers to flowmaster 40 series deltaflows. the mufflers were under the bed on the passenger side with the gastank in the stock posistion.

and then codys truck has 2.5in from the headers for about 2 feet and then its expaned to 3 inch to the flowmaster 40 series 2 chambers. they dump like right after the cab.

for now 3" two chamber flowmasters with a turnout before the rear tire for the street. will go to an XR1 Borla in 4" sometime.

3" one chamber Race Series for strip with a 18" pipe between the collector and muffler and a 90* turnout right after the muffler. it turns out right about mid door. its more like a baffle than a muffler so needless to say, way too loud for the street.

I will probably experiment around with various bullet type mufflers bolted right to the collector with no dump .

Anybody out there run Spintechs? I like the way they sound but I'm interested to know how they perform
