Is it leaking when it rains, or when you drive it and its not raining, or is it when your beer falls of the dash as you do doughnuts????? It could be, if its when its raining its coming in at where the windshield wiper is, or it could be your heater coil maybe has a pin hole and squirts over to the drivers side.

Its only when it rains. I figured it might be where the windshield wiper is. How do I fix that???

I've done that trick on 5 luvs now, and I just had to redo one of them last year. It had been 15 years since the first time around though, so I can't complain, especially for the cost involved.
