I saw on the National News tonight that State Farm was denying claims by people from Katrina, that were valid, and falsifying claims and signing clients names to them. What a bunch of creeps. You are betting against yourself in the first place when you buy insurance. They don't go broke because the states have it regulated to where the insurance companies always make a profit. They can invest in ventures that you and I cannot that have a much higher yeild, or rate of return, and yet the greedy little creeps are blatantly steeling from us. Oil companies, insurance companies, who's next?

yup i agree. Lots of people had hurricane insurance but since they got flooded out the insurance was denied. WTF!?!

And for the companies: The hurricane caused the floods you greedy bastards of a insurance asses!

When big oil makes 100 billion after paying all their bills by lying about not being insured for the rigs in the gulf, and insurance companies tell the managers to cheat people it makes me wonder what people are thinking. You order a product that you see on tv. First thing you know they are charging you every month, and when you call and tell them to stop they tell you there will be one more charge on your bill. Credit card companies can raise your interest rate to 25% if you don't pay your light bill on time. WTF If you have a $6000.00 bill and you pay the minimum payment it will take you 42 years to pay it off. Oil company execs getting 462 million separation bonus. Nobody expects business not to make a profit, and the big execs are going to make big bucks, but that's a lot to pay somebody for coming in and firing lots of people. I'm sorry, it's called corporate downsizing. For the sake of the economy, yea that's the ticket.

I think I'm like most people when it comes to money and morals. If you start a company and do well, that's great, and it's the American Dream. You know, own your own home, apple pie and all that. There are thousands of companies out there that do just that. They supply a needed product or service and get paid for their time. They have to work very hard and put in a lot more hours than if they were employed with a company. That's the way it should be. I just have a strong dislike for greedy creeps.
