 Post subject: grille question

What would one need to switch out the grille from an 82 to a four headlamp grill say of a 72, is there any real difference???

I don't think it would look right at all and would alot of fabrication. The trucks are 2 different body styles. The 72-80 trucks have a rounded front end and the 81-82 are flat. Whats the reasoning behind it??
