 Post subject: side markers

well finaly had some time to do some work on the truck.... here is the side markers i am going to use, they are from a 68 datsun 510. the colors are just a mock up the fender is not finished yet

the fender will go on after i strip the paint and finish where i cut it for the marker still needs a little body work .... this was just a fast mockup to see what it would look like and the colors to see how they went together

I took an old fender that was beat up made a template from the marker hole and cut it out right next to it with a dremel then welded the peace in to fill the marker hole then cut the new one out with the dremel

ok here it is with the gold pinstrip on it to match the shelby rims when i get them on. now to sand it all off and use real paint not rattle can

I am in process of filling in old marker lights, and cutting bowtie out and bringing light from inside body panel, giving flush look to light.
