I want to order a nice set of rims and tires package for my 1980 luv. I went to a couple of wheel web sites but didn't see any that looked like they would fit the bolt pattern. If you know any info please help.

You may have to go to a tire and wheel shop and talk to some one. I'm sure they can get wheels that will fit.

Should use the same bolt pattern as the 6 bolt full size chevy trucks. Try
summitracing.com. Should be 6x5.5 bolt pattern.

Same bolt pattern and the Jap Nissan, Mazda and Toyota 4x4 and commercials with 6 stud pattern. The steel 16" factory rims off these mostly fit on Luvs/Pickups.

You wont be able to go much wider than 6" with out clearance issues on the front so be carefull what offset etc they try to sell you.

What brand and size are those rims? What size tires do you run on them?

The rims in the pics above both look like they poke out past the guards. Well the top would without the flares.

Not sure about over your way but thats illegal here (covered by a flare is OK). IMO it looks crap too, not to mention at a nice looking height the tyres rub when you hit bumps.

Rims off a 4cyl trooper fitted with cars tyres should do the trick nicely. Thats what ive got. Ive got both steel and alloys, they are 15x6". We didnt get 15's in 7" here so i cant comment on them.
