Most of us stock motor guys with Webers don't have an auto tranny to deal with. My suggestion would be see if you can swap the parts for the kickdown cable off the stocker carb onto the weber. I know you can pull some of the linkage the throttle cable hooks to and swap it across but I don't know about the little bit where the kickdown cable hooks up.
The second question, well I don't quite know what you are talking to. If you don't have the bracket sticking out under the intake for a return spring, just hook something to the fender. The Weber I have has a spring on the thottle shaft and seems to return just fine without one though.
The rest of that question I don't get what you're talking about. You could mean the EGR valve, the back pressure transducer, some other vac line hookup, or the little dash pot deal they put on trucks with A/C. Its been a while since I've seen a new weber too, nothing is white on the one I've got, its all dirty.
