I'm tryin' to remove my cab, but I can't get it off. Someone told me where all the bolts are, but I have forgotten. I have a 1980 2wd LUV. I took one bolt out from each back corner of the cab, and one from each front corner of the cab. And I took one out from each side of the radiator support thingie. Am I missing something?

Thanks,
-Brandon

Is the steering column disconnected or removed?

That could be it! I haven't messed with the steering column. I should just have to unbolt it from the steering box. Correct?

Thanks for the quick response.

Undo the bolt that attaches the steering rod to the coupler. You might as well remove the column completely to get it out of the way. The column dangling in the way of putting the body back on could be annoying.

Cab is off! Now I just have to buy an angle grinder with some cut off wheels, motor mounts, and various pieces of metal and I can start fabbing up mounts and crossmembers for the transmission and transfer case.
