with the torsion bars gone and coilovers on, would regular long tube headers work on the luv truck? thanks in adavance for any help, just do not want to pay the price for the hooker headers make for the luv

i think any nova, camaro, chevelle long tube header should work. i would get a set and see if they work and see if you have to do any mods to the header.

you get what you pay for. the hooker V8 conversion headers are "big tube" 1 3/4" primary and are good for medium to High perf. you can use a Chevelle hooker comp (1 5/8" primary) for mild to medium performance or use 1 5/8" block huggers if you're really on a budget.
