well i got my new motor in my truck yesterday. i had to pull it back out and swap oil pans for the 4x4 front diff. well thats all done and i got the motor mounted and everything. I was going to work on solving the ignition problum i had and went to turn the motor over and nothing... well this shows how little i have worked on a clutch, the problum was that i was not holding the clutch pedal in... thats it. truck turns over fine! no i have to drain the gas tank and fill it back up then make sure the fule pump works and then test for spark! im almost done! almost ready to go mudding/trailing! thanks for all your help on this matter though!

My uncle did the same thing when he put a new starter in my Nissan. He said he spent 30 minutes trying to figure out why it wouldn't start before he realized that he was not depressing the clutch.
