I don't know if it's any help but here is a partial listing of stock 16" wheels that have the same bolt pattern. Offset and center bore spacing are shown, when I could find them.
Watch out for the center bore. Note that a lot of Chevys fit, except for the center bore (I don't know the stock 2wd Luv center bore).
Also watch out for the lug size. Luvs are 12m1.5 (12 mm with 1.5 pitch thread).
I ended up with some Tahoe wheels because they were real cheap. The center bore is too small for the front, so I will have to bore it out. Also the lug size was 14m1.5 and the holes were too big for my lug nuts. I ended up drilling the rotors and pulling in 14m1.5 lugs. I'll problably have 40 hours into my cheap wheels but I think it'll look good in the end.
