I am going to need a tow bar to pull a luv about 600 miles (cheap) anyone know who sells these or anybody have one to sell

Check U-haul. They will be more expensive but youll find out the brands that make em for mini trucks. Then i would search online for those brands and see if you cant find a cheap retailer.

You might be better off using a tow dolly. That would save you having to modify the rig to be towed, and in my experirnce they are EZR to pull.

I would get an auto transport for that long of a haul... they're not that much more expensive than a tow dolly... you get all 4 wheels off the ground, and the trailer has built in brakes..

Get a trailer, way way way WAY safer. A tow bar will require mods to the truck to be anywhere near safe, you cannot just hook onto the bumper and expect to still have the truck back there 600 miles later. You also don't have to worry about damaging the truck from flat towing it that far.

I've tower a luv (with a luv) from fresno to tacoma wa,towed a luv from
twin falls ID to tacoma, with a luv and towed one from taccoma to grants pass OR. all with the same stock 78 luv. used the same tow bar for all of them. only take about 3hrs to cut a weld together. take the front bumper
off and put the mounts for the tow bar in its place.

I built brackets onto some mounts that attache to the bumper mounting bolts. then I built a tow bar. Very strong. I have pulled my luv about 6000 miles with this rig. Not recommended for short haul. I am renting a tow dolly to go and pick a Mazda mpv Friday. About 100 miles. (parts rig 93mod 180.00)
Use a towdolly or transporter for your job. U-haul has both.

Sounds good still may tow maybe i will just pay someone to bring it to me. about 800 miles
