i got a best buy gift card for $150 for christmas and after watching "The Life Aquatic With Steeve Zissou"for the hundreth time, i've decided to add some Bowie to my collection......

the thing is i havn't owned any bowie since my ex stole my vinyl copy of "Station Station" (1995)

after carefull thought i've come up with:

Young American, Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars and of course, Station Station.

what am i missing? I definitly Do Not Buy "GREATEST HITS" albums.

i'm not sure which you'd like but i can listen to space oddity and heores... but everyone has thier own take on bowie... i don't like the newer stuff as much..

i'm not to hip on the newer stuff either.....he hasn't done any good work since the 80's..... but then again... who has?

damned few artists from back in my day have done anything worth buying since about 85 or so
