Dude, whats the meaning of the post? I have the stock spare rims and tires off of my 73 and 78 with tires unused. This is not uncommon.

What he is trying to say is that he thinks the spare that came in his truck is the one that came on it originally.

I would guess that if it is not on a stock rim that it is not the original tire. It may have writing on it from Japan, but that could just mean the tire was made in Japan. I forget what the original tire was that came on 4x4 LUVs, but it was a fairly standard name brand tire from the time.

I believe that the original tires that came on the 4x4's were BFG A/T's, thats what my 1980 brochure says anyway.

And yeah, dude PLEASE MAKE YOUR POSTS UNDERSTANDABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

God knows what kinda a mess we'd be in if 800Xl wasn't here to interpret for us :? :?

I'll second that, rezkid's avatar is a bit large, tho not the worst I've seen.

And while we're at it, Chavyluv79 could you resize or get rid of that pic in your sig? Try downloading that sucker on slow a dialup link, makes me tend to just ignore your threads because I don't want to have to wait for it to load. This goes for anyone who has a big pic in their sig, not that I want to single you out.

Come on people, bandwidth is time, so by using mine up to download your giant pics you are actually killing me ever so slowly. Precious seconds of my life are slipping away here! :P

800, Is my avatar a pain? I've never had a complaint, but I'd be glad to change it if it is. I know what dial up is like and TOTALY understand.
