I bought a Weiand tunnel ram from summit a while back I got the kit that comes with the manifold, carbs and linkage. The linkage that they sent with it is junk, it looks like it could cause some dangerous situations. So I have decided I need to come up with something better. This is where I am kind of stuck, all the good linkage kits that I have seen or seen pictures of all show the carbs sitting sideways on the manifold. Im pretty sure I could get carb spacers to raise the carb up high enough so that the arms would clear the manifold. I know tunnel rams on street driven vehicles sounds like an oxymoron but I dont want to lose anymore low RPM throttle response that adding a spacer is going to create. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
