scored a deal the other day..... 4.96 acres, 4 miles from the jackson rancheria casino. (uber desirable area) borders blm(trails!) land on the back, end of the road, well is in.

$79,500.00

i think i'm gonna build me a 3 bed 1800 sqft house set it up for horses and sell it fer bout $400,000.

I havn't really had time to do anything else but work, i have 40 days left to get the down together so i'm crammin in 60 hrs a week.

my poor luv is sitting neglected...........waiting for her new garage......

i would realy like to buy land someday. Mostly just so i can go breaking trails and stuff through woodland in my LUV and NOBODY can say anything! 8)
