the headers were a custom order from hooker, special made for this truck. @ least thats what the previous owner told me (he didnt build it he bought it and did the body/paint) they look REAL nice, and wrap around everything in a custom manner, so im inclined to belive it. pictures really dont do it justice. i do need to figure out where to get a few parts, mainly interior (obviously not dash) but headliner, rear window seal, the plastic or w/e pieces that go behind the seats on the walls, and the door sills for the bottom of the doors. im lookin around, not much luck but im sure they exist. thanks for the complements.

my bro had a 620 with a 327 vette motor in it. we put a dana 30 front, dana 44 rear and a dana 20(?)transfer case from a Jeep in it. it would lay serious rubber with the 4.27 gears in it...even with 33's on it.

sweet ass truck, its funny you posted this. i stopped by some farmers house thinking the two trucks he had in the field were luvs. once i got up next to them found out they were datsuns. needed quite a bit of work but im sure they would finish up nice. was thinking about picking them up. if anyones interested (even though they arent luvs) i can talk to the owner. i know he was interested in selling one of them for certian, but i can certianly ask and take some pics. let me know. they are located out in antelope valley, ca. little town of lancaster.

yeah, alot of people think its a luv - either of those two trucks run? i need to find a 78-79 shortbed reg cab pickup, they have disc brakes and the only way i can get disc is to swap frames (or cut n weld)
