My 4wd Luv is the perfect vehicle to teach people to drive a stick. I put it in low range, which makes it hard to stall and keeps the speed down.

I taught all 3 of my daughters with it, several friends, and now I'm teaching my granddaughter. She's 10.

We went to a big empty parking lot, I showed her the petals and let her go. With the seat all the way up, she could sort of see over the steering wheel.

By the time we were done, she could take off smoothly and shift to 2nd pretty good. We tried backing, but she's too little to see well out the back window.

I got another one that's 2. Maybe if I put some books on the seat and blocks on the petals...
