I am wondering what other engines I might be able to put into my luv and maintain the original 5 speed. I would get the original 1.8 but 1500 bucks is a little ridiculous for a four cylinder that doesn't put out 175bhp. I don't want to drop in a v-8 because of the gas mileage and my wife will be driving it to school, so it can't have too much power. So if there are any engines that will bolt up that are a little less expensive then please let me know. If it weren't for the hole in the block, I would rebuild it myself.any help would be appreciated.

Hey, where's the luv at, if he doesn't want your rebuilt, I am interested. I am in Stockton, right at your back door. But, only if this guy doesn't want it. It is a 1.8 right? The one out of your crash tuck?

All that time I thought I drank too much beer.

Well, now I got to make up for it.
