In stock form there is no such beast, at least not in the 80 and earlier style. I'm not 100% sure if they started doing it on the 81-82 models, or if/when Isuzu did a longbed 4x4 beyond that.

I had been toying with the idea of building one myself, but it looked to me like it would take a fair bit of cutting/welding to get the 4x4 front end parts bolted up to a 2WD frame. For the effort it would be just as easy to put a solid front axle under a 2WD longbed and then drop in a 4x4 trans.
