What is teh best and easiest v8 to drop in a 75 luv? Are there any kits avalible?

A small block chevy. Hooker makes tranny & motor mounts, and headers for a swap w/ sbc.

Hooker made it a work of art with the hooker headers and the motor mounts. The biggest modifying for me was the modifying of the front clip for the radiator. I would suggest to bite the bullet and buy the Hooker mount kit. Alot of money for the purchase (about $500) but savings come in when you don't pull your hair out and beat the dog.

Motor, trans, radiator, diveline w/ correct ujoint, maybe a better rearend depending on the motor, then other little bits gauges, a money order to me for 100 or so, shifter, etc...
