Calipers are a fun one. I have taken them apart on just about every LUV I've owned. Seems like you usually just have to tear them apart, clean the piston with some very fine (600+) sandpaper, and clean up the bore a little too. Especially the lip between the boot and the seal, seems to like to rust like crazy right there. I've put one caliper kit in one of my trucks, but it really didn't need it except the boot had a tear in it. Napa does carry the kits though. You could probably buy one in case you need it, do one side, and if you are careful not to rip the boot getting it out, you can move on to the other side. If all goes well, you return the kit unopened. Rarely is the seal bad enough that it must be replaced. I have had one where the pistons were crusty though, but I think
http://www.rockauto.com has them available, not to mention fully rebuilt calipers as a whole.
