Yep, never driven the gas LUV, but my diesel gets excelet power in 1st and 2nd, but 3rd really bogs mine down.

I could see how you could've beatem', little honda was probably old and only had exhaust and some weird paint-job with about 500 lbs of unessesary crap.

Like my sig says though i've beaten' (not really officially but i would've) a 1980's toyota. I was going through an intersection and my friend was in front of me in that truck, so when I got around the corner I gunned it and got beside him in the slow lane, hit 4th and was pulling infront of him but my lane all of uh sudden was ending so I backed off and pulled behind him, but I passed him later on the highway.
