ok so my f-150 wouldnt start and my bro needed to use the shop. Well guess what happens my bro is too woried about breaking his toyota pick up (i dont blame him  ) so the luv gets to pull the 5300lbs f-150 up a dirt drive way that is at a good 25-30* angle in the pouring rain. I let the ford have it, oh and theres new ruts in the driveway from where i spun, woke my mom up too. All in all a fun 30seconds 8)

next time get a picture and post it, that would be great!

two years ago in monroe, at the saturday night 1/8 mile drags, this ford courier (v8) punk was workin the far end of the track, and his mouth was workin overtime too. so two luvs line up- both v8, and we start talkin trash at him. the lights go off and they sit there. two seconds later, you hear two starters- rehrehrehrehreh, nothin.... 8O

they had to roll off. that sucked. never heard the end of it.

I got a call from my brother's roomate one day because his fullsize Dodge 4x4 had died and my bro was working and couldn't help. I showed up in my 76 2WD LUV (stock motor, 4spd), we hooked up a chain and I towed the dodge a mile and a half through downtown traffic. It must have looked comical, with the lift on the Dodge, the chain had a fair bit of angle going from my bumper up to his frame. Every time I took off from a stoplight the lift on the rear end was enough to break my traction and I would take off chirping the tires. I didn't get a chance to take a picture, but he still gets razzed about the mighty LUV towing his Dodge home.

Anyone else notice that on Dodge V8s (I think his is a 318) there is a tray cast into the intake manifold? I told him that it was pretty convenient that Dodge thought to build in a place to set tools and parts, since he was working on it all the time.

a buddy had a dart with a v8, and I know about the tray. kinda wierd. thay dont have to "run" the valves, just bolt on like 4 bolts and they are set. Either way I think chevy turned out the perfect product, and running the valves is a 'labor of luv'.

I seriously think that would be a cool picture gallery, all the cars being towed by a chevy luv.

heck I'd even make up a few. Just throw in the digital camera and a tow rope, and go pull up in front of some big bad trucks. you dont even really have to tow them, just get a photo and post it .LOL! It could ba an all out assault on fords!

hey ben, you make the spot, maybe we can fill it.

Holy Cow 77ssluv, your hatered of the Mustang II is truly great. 8O The AMC Pacer is truly one of the ugliest car's that ever rolled off of the assembly line. 8O To drive one of those, you would have to be really serious.
