On July 9th my little '81 Diesel will be runnin' with the big dogs in a side-by-side Mud drag! I've cranked the suspension up and put 15 Jeep wheels with 30" tires on it, a snorkel, and I'm planning on a 2" exhaust stack. I'll be running on 100% Biodiesel.

Does anybody know anything about propane injection????

as far as propane injection, it's basicly taking your fuel source now and putting propane in its place. look at a forklift and rob the injection setup off that. i've heard that you can basicly take the carburator and intake manifold off a toyota forklift and almost bolt it straight to a toyota 22r or 20r motor. as far as putting it on a luv motor i dont know, it also supposedly jumps up your compression too. but it can't be much harder to do, it will definitely be a spendy little venture though IMO. but definitely do some research before just going to the local warehouse at night and jacking a forklift.

isnt propane like nitrous for diesel?

ya, propane can be used like nitrous but it also can be used WITH nitrous which is way wicked i might add i guess i was more referring to using it as an alternative fuel source on a GAS motor than on a diesel motor (whoops ) i was a little confused when he said propane injection thinking he was gonna convert it completely over. but from what i know you can hook up propane to a deisel just like nitrous, i'm sure there are some sites out there that have kits or DYS stuff out there.

yup the propane acts as a catalyst to the combustion of diesel and gives more complete combustion of the fuel thus more power. A buddy of mine had an old Toyota deisel whith propane and nitrous, it would screem.
